Ryan is seeking a National Marketing Coordinator to execute a variety of efforts in support of our multi-disciplinary healthcare team (with experts in development, design, construction, real estate management and financing). You’ll use your creativity, marketing skills, and past experience to advance strategic sector marketing initiatives at the national level and coordinate regionally to support marketing and business development for our growing healthcare team. Collaboration is key and a team of marketing specialists in graphics, writing and PR are available to support your work.

Job Description

Some things you can expect to do:
- Dig in, ask questions, and approach challenges with a solutions-driven mindset.
- Execute marketing efforts including awards, events, speaking opportunities, sponsorships, media placements and advertising in partnership with the National Director of Marketing for Healthcare
- Bring new ideas to level-up our content marketing and thought leadership efforts
- Collaborate with our regional marketing teams to uncover compelling stories that would make interesting media pitches or content
- Provide execution support on healthcare pursuits across the country
- Coordinate the creation of marketing collateral, graphics, and business development tools in partnership with national marketing team
- Build internal communications deliverables that will help our growing healthcare team stay aligned and informed
Success in the marketing coordinator role requires drive and disciplined organizational skills, timely communication, and stellar attention to detail while balancing multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines at any given time. To be successful in this role, a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Communications (or comparable) and proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite is required. Ideal candidates will have 1-5 years of experience in B2B and/or high-end professional services. Preference will go to candidates with experience working with healthcare real estate developers or architects or in the healthcare industry.
