Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as the Director of Operations for Ryan Jennings Group at Keller Williams Realty in West Palm Beach, FL. The Director of Operations will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing and analyzing team performance, transaction management, and ensuring excellent customer service. This role requires strong analytical skills, team management abilities, and a focus on operations management.

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in the real estate industry is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or related Real Estate field


Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial for this role include knowledge of the local real estate market, experience in customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary : $39,000 - $45,000
