The primary focus for a Campus Recruiter will be hiring for our entry level/new career positions as well as our internship programs. Responsibilities include end-to-end recruitment cycle: from building a campus talent pipeline, assessing whether they will be a cultural fit, through the offer stage. This position will require travel and attendance at career fairs and networking events at universities and building relationships with partner schools year-round.
Language:
Candidates must demonstrate the ability to understand and follow directions. Must be able to read and interpret business reports and to make independent decisions. Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and written with staff and candidates at all levels required.
Abilities:
Must demonstrate teamwork and the ability to develop productive relationships with candidates, peers and management. Must be an organized, self-starter with the ability to multi-task a variety of assignments/projects seeing each to resolution. Must have the ability to work well under pressure, be able to set and re-establish priorities in workflow as business needs change and meet deadlines with a sense of urgency. Effective time management with the ability to work independently within a fast-paced, team based work environment, as well as Project management skills including design, planning, implementation and evaluation. Must be able to work with sensitive information while maintaining the utmost confidentiality. Must demonstrate a commitment to outstanding client service. Ability to problem solve and trouble shoot issues with emphasis placed on satisfying the customer. Company minded with the ability to convey a positive and professional image of the office and the organization and the ability to interact with all employee and candidate levels as well as internal and external clients.
