Summary
We are looking for an experienced Billing Analyst, Small Parcel to focus on client invoicing in multiple systems. To be successful, the Billing Analyst needs to be detailed-oriented and skilled in learning and working in systems and processes in-depth and with speed as well as adept in problem solving and communication both within and outside the department.
The right candidate will have strong experience in billing, small parcel and e-commerce. Additionally, past experience working directly with carriers, and/or understanding of fulfillment operations is desired.

Essential Functions
Parcel and e-commerce client billing preparation in multiple systems
Precise recording of data in shared tools
Assist in e-commerce customer and fulfillment operations support/escalations
Work with cross-functional teams to pinpoint and resolve issues
Work with carrier partners to identify & resolve issues
Identify areas of opportunities to enhance customer experience related to small parcel
Support Account Team Members on customer requests
Skills and Abilities
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize, handle multiple tasks, and meet tight timelines
- Detail oriented, a problem-solver, and analytical
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
Qualifications
- H.S. diploma/GED required
- Computer literate with general knowledge of software to include Microsoft Office Suite required

Salary is determined based on internal equity; internal salary ranges; market
data/ranges; applicant’s skills; prior relevant experience; certain degrees or
certifications, etc. The hourly rate for this position ranges from $24 to $26 an hour based on experience.
