Summary
The HR Program Specialist will be a part of the HR Business Partner team reporting to the HR Program Manager. This role will play a key role in supporting the implementation and communication of key programs and initiatives. This role will support in different capacities to develop, deliver and continuously support programs and initiatives. This role will need to own tracking of all initiatives and program and continuously receive feedback to alter the programs to run as successfully as possible. This role will require process, systems and planning skill sets and a strong customer service mindset.

Essential Functions
- Support the development of programs and initiatives and deliver on communications to the business leaders. Prepare PowerPoint presentations to communicate new programs and initiatives. Partner cross-functionally with field operations and other various departments on projects. Serves on project teams for key initiatives, defining efficient and effective processes, tools, training, and communications.
- Prioritize multiple project plans and deliver results using project management tools and methodologies. Evaluate existing programs and processes that are managed by the field, and develop and implement new and redefined programs/processes that help achieve major HR goals for the enterprise. Research and remain current on current trends and practices in driving retention and engagement.
- Own the progress tracking of implemented programs and ensure that the outlined timeline is met. Accountable for tracking performance and results of programs and initiatives. Evaluate lessons learned on all initiatives and programs and propose changes to support best practices. Work with HR analytics to report and measure the ROI of different programs and initiatives. Produces program reporting and analytics to provide program team and HR functional leaders with insight into the effectiveness of the programs and areas of improvement.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required HR, Business, or related discipline
- Three (3) years or more HR experience required
- Proven Track record of progressive HR experience preferred advanced preferred

Salary is determined based on internal equity; internal salary ranges; market
data/ranges; applicant’s skills; prior relevant experience; certain degrees or
certifications, etc. The salary for this position ranges from $50K to $70K
