Summary
This position is responsible for leading a decentralized team of License Administrators as they support a variety of customers. The responsibilities for this roll include managing a team, developing strategy for the licensing organization and analysis of financial transactions for vehicle licensing and citations. This position will report to the Sr. Manager Finance for Licensing and help improve processes for the group.

Essential Functions
Team Leadership:
- Lead a team of approximately 15-20 license administrators as they serve our client base
- Team operates in 3-5 offices in Eastern US with the majority based in Miami, FL
- Develop skills to become subject matter expert for licensing within area of control
- Support customer requests for registration issues including tax, billing and operating authority
Financial Oversight:
- Maintain financial and operational controls for large annual spend
- Reconcile balance sheet for payments, DMV credits and billing
- Ensure strategy to eliminate cost waste is being followed
Financial Reporting:
- Financial integrity of location results
- Coordination between Headquarters and Field
Strategy:
- Recommend and develop strategy to improve service levels for vehicle licensing
- Annual planning

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required Accounting or Finance
- Master's Degree preferred In Business Administration
- Ten (10) years or more Managing Finance and Accounting (including Inventory Management and Control, Financial Analysis and Planning, Financial Reporting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Billing) required
- Ten (10) years or more Financial Management experience in the Hi-tech industry preferred
- Time Management and Organizational Skills required
- Leadership skills and experience required
- Must have a working understanding of the Supply Chain Management and logistics process intermediate level preferred
- Advanced computer/spreadsheet knowledge (Excel) advanced level required
