Summary
The Pricing Analyst position will be responsible for completing and coordinating pricing activities in support of Fleet Management Solutions (FMS). Price deals for various product lines including full service lease, programmed maintenance and lease finance.

Essential Functions
- Provides financial support to ensure Ryder sells profitable deals that meet or exceed company determined hurdle rates
- Assesses and incorporates risks into pricing models
- Structures financial aspects of a deal
- Performs accurate and meaningful analyses
- Provides financial and general business support to the sales and operations teams in support of collective business development efforts
- Credibly represents finance in internal and external meetings
- Supports FMS national and local sales team in pricing of new and existing business
- Delivers well documented, timely and complete customer pricing deliverables (i.e. pricing template and pricing assumptions)
- Enforces the various costing/pricing processes and corporate guidelines
- Develops and manages relationships with the Ryder Field organization and other HQ groups
- Actively engages the Ryder team and/or functional experts
- Contributes in team meetings with valuable and well timed comments
- Helps team beyond own pricing projects and assignments
- Ensure compliance to approval process
- Focus & Support for the On Site Product Line

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Three (3) years or more Finance or Accounting experience required
