Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Duties:
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger accounts, financial statements, and other financial reports for Ryland Oil
- Assist with the preparation of budgets and forecasts
- Process tax and inventory reports
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial guidance and support decision-making processes
- Utilize accounting software to record transactions, reconcile accounts, and generate financial reports
- Provide support during external audits by preparing necessary documentation and responding to auditor inquiries
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Accountant or similar role
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
