Job Description
RESPONSIBILITES:
Answer telephones in a professional and efficient manner
Provide constant education and research on how calls are handled and the appropriate department for transferring
Sign in visitors and maintain visitor log
Process incoming and outgoing mail
Monitor security cameras for visitor entry
Perform other duties as required
QUALIFICATIONS:
Above average interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
Previous experience in reception is considered an asset
Must exhibit professional and polished telephone manner
Ability to handle multiple tasks at once, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
Highly organized and detail focused
