Job Description
Job Summary:
The Integration IT Administrator will be responsible for corporate systems integration and support. This role is part of a team that operates as the primary support for our internal users and encompasses a diverse digital technology stack that includes: Google Workspace Enterprise, Cisco Meraki, Dropbox, Amazon AWS, Jumpcloud (directory services), BetterCloud, Zoom, Slack, Jitbit etc.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Google Workspace migration and integration from acquired company to acquiring company
- Integration of acquired company cloud based corporate systems into acquiring company
- Ownership and Support of full End user Compute technologies (PC, Mac, Mobile, Peripherals, Telephony)
- “Day 1” support of integrated systems
- Administration of Identity/Directory services (Jumpcloud)
- Meraki configuration and administration
- Godaddy and Cloudflare administration
- End user connectivity (LAN, Wi-fi)
- Identify and drive automation of IT tasks
- Administration of collaboration tools (Zoom, Slack, Google, Dropbox)
- Ownership of helpdesk tickets to ensure resolution of user issues and communication throughout the ticket lifecycle
- Creates and maintains documentation of systems, operations guides, processes and procedures
- Ensure adherence to all IT security policies
- Other duties as necessary
Required Minimum Qualifications
Education/Certifications:
- BS Degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience
- One or more desired: CompTIA A , ACMT, HDI-DST
Skills and Experience:
- 3 years of IT Support/Administration experience
- Expert level Google Workspace knowledge including migration/integration experience
- Strong familiarity with Mac and Windows operating systems
- Proficiency with MX records, SPF, DMARC
- Strong background with Directory services (Active Directory or Directory as a service)
- Experience with migrations and integrations across Technology platforms
- Experience with network configuration, support and maintenance for laptops
- Working knowledge in VPN setup and maintenance a plus
- Experience with domain providers such as Godaddy and working through C-Name / DNS changes
- Collaborative, team player
- Speaks and writes clearly and articulately
- Ability to prioritize and address tickets through high volume days
Salary : $24 - $32
