We are currently hiring a Software Application Service Lead. This position requires a unique combination of technical expertise as a developer and leadership skills to oversee software support initiatives. Responsibilities:
Lead a team of developers responsible for providing software support services to clients, including troubleshooting issues, bug fixes, and enhancements.
Collaborate with clients to understand their software support needs and requirements, and ensure timely resolution of issues and requests.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, including code reviews, best practices, and mentoring junior developers.
Oversee the prioritization and assignment of support tickets, ensuring that service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact for software support-related inquiries and escalations.
Participate in the development and implementation of processes and procedures to streamline software support operations and improve service delivery efficiency.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 7 years of experience in software development, with a focus on application support and maintenance.
Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript.
Experience with web development frameworks and technologies, such as Spring Boot, Django, ASP.NET, or Node.js.
Hands-on experience with database technologies, such as SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
Experience with cloud platforms and services, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team, foster collaboration, and drive results.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
