We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Provide information about the products and services
Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving services
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Accurate typing skills
Knowledge of US State and City locations
Billingual / Spanish
Must be serious and wanting to work!

We are medical equipment supplier. Answer inbound calls, take orders and create shipping labels for equipment. Accurate typing skills a must! Bilingual in Spanish / English. $16.00 a hour to start. $17.00 an hour after training. Overtime may be available after training. Serious long term mature employees required. Basic Knowledge of USA States and Cities required. Shifts are 9am - 5pm , 10am - 6pm and 1pm - 9pm
