Job Summary

Responsibilities:
- Design roadmap for Azure and M365 adoption aligned with strategic initiatives in partnership with the team
- Manage team processes around server and storage data center infrastructure
- Define and standardize business processes to enable the team to operate efficiently
- Lead small projects and maintenance efforts that are not managed within the Project Management Office
- Delegate and prioritize day-to-day ticket queue against project assignments
- Identify critical metrics to communicate the health and progress of the team's efforts and related technologies
- Manage related expenses and capital related to the team's responsibilities through the financial planning cycle
- Enable a high-performing work environment through hiring, onboarding, mentoring, and coaching team members
- Manage the goal and performance review cycle for direct reports
- Communicate progress and priorities to leadership and business partners
- Establish and promote collaboration within the team, across Infrastructure teams, and with key stakeholders in the environments
- Manage supplier and consulting relationships
To select this job as one of interest to you, at a minimum, you must have the following:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS or equivalent work experience
- Certification in current Microsoft client technologies is highly desirable
- Demonstrated leadership and teamwork skills
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- Strong customer service orientation with a keen attention to detail
- Proven problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to delegate, coach, and evaluate team members to foster a high-performance culture
- Highly self-motivated and skilled at empowering a highly collaborative team
- Proficient knowledge of the Azure and M365 technologies, administrative capabilities, and licensing models
- Basic knowledge of Cisco networking fundamentals, Cyber security practices, and anti-virus solutions
- Willingness to travel as needed for team member discussions and business partnerships
