Job Posting for Outpatient Therapist at S&H Youth and Adult Services
S&H Youth And Adult Services in Salisbury, NC is looking for full-time and contract outpatient therapists to join our strong team of professionals. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and engaged.
Full-time fully licensed therapist start out at $60K per year, plus health care and mileage.
Full-time associate licensed therapist start out at $48.5K per year plus supervision, healthcare, and mileage.
Contract therapist range from $25 per billable hour to $40 per billable hour
General Responsibilities
- Complete Intake Assessment for the assigned beneficiary
- Develop treatment plans/PCP for each assigned beneficiary
- Provide individual, group, family, or family group therapy for the assigned beneficiary(s)
- Complete daily services notes for the beneficiary.
