Parts Coordinator
S J Louis Construction is URGENTLY hiring for a full time Parts Coordinator for our Rockville, MN location.

Position responsibilities include:
- Supports Mechanics and Superintendents by ordering required parts and supplies to service small field equipment, heavy construction equipment, and vehicles
- Maintains inventory levels of frequently used parts and supplies Creates and maintains all required documentation affiliated to parts and supplies inventory
- Sources vendors for both national and local to build relationships and minimize costs
- Reviews and matches purchase orders with receiving documents to insure timely and correct payments to vendors
- Performs other duties as assigned
Do you meet the requirements we are seeking?
- Must be able to communicate effectively with suppliers, vendors, employees, and management
- Previous experience in a shop or construction environment
- Previous purchasing or ordering experience preferred
- Experience as a mechanic or technician is a plus!
- Prior experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, and ability to learn additional programs
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Willingness and ability to become forklift certified
- Comfortable working in a shop environment, and outside in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record is required
