What are the responsibilities and job description for the MEMO BILL CLERK position at S & K SALES CO?
Essential Job Functions
· Create invoices to bill back manufacturers for reimbursements of items that have been paid by Accounts payable
· Create credit memos and apply appropriately
· Create Spreadsheets for manufacturers as needed
· Generate and distribute monthly statements
· Create monthly Journal Entries as needed
· Distribute copies of items to be billed to Business managers for approval
· Checking and analyzing Documentation for any corrections that need to be made
