What are the responsibilities and job description for the Training Coordinator (Remote) position at S&S Activewear LLC?
We are seeking energetic, reliable, and fun professionals to join or team as a Training Coordinator. The Training Coordinator will aid the Learning and Development team in preparing, conducting, and evaluating trainings for new and existing employees at any of our S&S office locations.
Schedule & Benefits
The company offers vacation time, a personal day, and sick time after waiting period ranging between 30 – 90 days. Major Responsibilities include, but are not limited to
- Preparing & conducting staff training and completion of any training documentation
- Gather and evaluate information from employees and management on previous training to identify deficits and areas that need additional training.
- Facilitate learning through a variety of delivery methods including classroom instruction, virtual training, on-the-job coaching
- Coordinate Re-training and mentoring to increase knowledge and competence of contact center staff
Requirements
- Detailed-oriented with exceptional verbal and written communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Presentation skills to include the use of visual aids, print material, and other media
- Teamwork and team building skills
- Problem analysis and problem solving skills
- 2-3 years Call Center Experience
Physical Demands
This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
