Job Summary:
We are looking to add an experienced Grounds Keeper to our team. Our Grounds Keeper is responsible for maintaining all the farm’s facilities as well as various other properties on a scheduled basis. This position is a seasonal position, but for the right individual it could become a full-time position. S&S Jerseyland Dairy LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
Job Duties:
· Mow lawns weekly at all farm facilities and properties
· Maintain lawn mowers (oil, air filters, sharpen blades) and other various equipment used for the job
· Trim weeds
· Trim bushes/shrubs/trees
· Pick up sticks/large debris
· Prepare soil and plant flowers/bushes/plants/trees
· Water flowers/plants at farm facilities
· Apply fertilizer/pesticides/herbicides as instructed
· Maintain driveways, using equipment to level and move gravel
· Assist with other duties for the good of co-workers and the business
Education:
· High School Diploma
Job Requirements:
· Valid drivers license
· Ability to drive a truck and trailer, skid steer, and compact utility tractors
· Long periods of walking, standing, climbing ladders, or kneeling
· Ability to operate lawn mower/ small engine machinery
· Must be able to lift 50 pounds
· Must be able to work outside in a variety of temperatures
· Self motivated
· Ability to create and maintain a schedule
· Ability to set priorities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

- Sturgeon Bay, WI 54235: Relocate before starting work (Required)
