S&S Property Management Company is looking to hire an Assistant Regional Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. The Assistant Regional Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for providing operational and administrative support to the Regional Maintenance Supervisor in overseeing and managing maintenance activities within a designated region. This role requires a strong understanding of maintenance processes, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in HVAC with a proven track record in helping plan, coordinate, and oversee maintenance operations across multiple locations. The Assistant Regional Maintenance Supervisor will supervise and provide guidance to maintenance technicians, ensuring adherence to maintenance schedules, safety protocols, and quality standards. You have the following:
- At least 3 years of Maintenance Supervisor experience.
- At least 5 years of Multi-Family experience
- Valid Drivers License
- CPO, HVAC, and EPA Certification (preferred).
You must be Authorized to work in the US and you must have reliable transportation.
