S&T Bank's Summer Internship Program is a compensated professional learning experience that offers meaningful, practical, real-life experience.

Hours may be determined based on the needs of the department but will not exceed 29 hours per week.
Internship Program Starting Rate: $13.00/hour
Main Office: 800 Philadelphia Street, Indiana, PA 15701
Function: Works under the direction of department management, in a capacity of departmental backup and support, performing assigned duties.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist with the creation of a centralized repository of system codes and definitions.
Assist with organizing reports and their documentation.
Assist with evaluating the usage of reports and discontinuing reports that are no longer needed.
Possess a proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Operates PC equipment as needed to process information, prepare reports and perform research.
Enters data into spreadsheets and databases to process and prepare reports.
Occasionally travels to various locations; valid driver's license required.
Performs research and/or analysis on special projects, as assigned.
Maintains a good working relationship with bank employees.
Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently, as well as motivated to work as a team player to contribute to the success of the department and in turn, the organization.
Performs additional duties as required.
Physical Demands
Use of manual dexterity skills for typing and data entry up to 60% of the business day. Specific vision requirements include close vision of 18"-20" for computer work. Must be able to lift and/or move up to 40 lbs. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions. Occasional travel may be required.
Education
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent education. In pursuit of a four-year degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or related.
