What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mac support/Mac Specialist position at S2S soft LLC?
Daily tasks include:
Testing Monterey OS on various MAC models
Testing Monterey OS with AARP applications
Troubleshooting Application issues on devices running Monterey
Validating MAC enrollment processes
being an escalation point for Mac l2
Working with team to create the project timeline
Drafting end user test plans and pilot communications
Review JAMF policy settings
Plan/coordinate hardware and OS upgrade production rollout. (Q1-Q3)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
