What are the responsibilities and job description for the Desktop Support position at S2SSoft?
- Education – General Education or above
- Degrees – Welcome, but not required.
- Certs – A preferred but not required.
- Experience – 2 years in the industry, preferably at a Help Desk or customer facing role.
Skills:
- Hardware
- Hardware and device network troubleshooting
- Windows 7, Windows 10, MAC
- Mobility support experience or natural aptitude
- Outlook/O365
- Any understanding or proficiency with a Service Desk
- Problem Solving skills.
- Any understanding or proficiency with ITIL
- Any understanding or proficiency with SLA
- Good with people
- Well spoken.
- Well written
Abilities:
- Able to work between core hours of 7am to 5pm.
- Able to work at more than one work location is a plus.
- Able to lift equipment (monitors, small boxes, etc)
- Able to climb a small ladder.
- Able to learn ticketing systems.
- Recent available H/W Models with configurations like RAM, Processor, HDD capacity.
- High Level information on In-flight programs that is in progress
- FAQs on Intellizone Service would made available on
- Provide the share point link with the information on how to request for new H/W and Software.
- Deskside team contact details with their photo.
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- Desktop support: 3 years (Preferred)
