We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Machine Operator to join our team in a Steel Mill setting. In this role, you will be responsible for operating machines, handling materials, banding products, and staging materials in a fast-paced steel mill environment.
Machine Operator Responsibilities:
- Operating various machines in the steel mill.
- Performing quality control inspections.
- Handling materials and finished products.
- Prepping and banding steel products for shipment.
- Staging materials for production.
Machine Operator Requirements:
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred
- Physical dexterity and ability to lift heavy materials
- Attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
