Position: Quality Technician/Inspector
Location: East Peoria, IL
Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 6:00 am - 4:30 pm. Fridays and Saturdays are mandatory if the shop is open.

Position Type: Full-time, temp to hire
Quality Technician/Inspector Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-process product audits to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Implement corrective actions as necessary to maintain quality assurance.
- Perform calibration of equipment and tools to maintain accuracy.
- Serve as an internal auditor, evaluating processes and identifying areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate documentation of quality control processes and results.
Quality Technician/Inspector Compensation & Benefits:

Quality Technician/Inspector Qualifications:
- Previous experience in quality assurance or a related field preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with quality management systems and tools is a plus.
