World Vision is a dynamic and impactful nonprofit organization dedicated to helping children in need of fresh water, food, medication and education. We strive to make a positive difference in the lives of children through our innovative programs and initiatives. As we continue to grow and expand our reach, we are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Market Coordinator / Fundraiser.

Position Overview:
The Market Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the organization's fundraising and outreach efforts by coordinating and executing various market initiatives. This individual will work closely with the Marketing and Development teams to ensure the successful implementation of campaigns, events, and partnerships that align with our mission.

Responsibilities:

Event Coordination:
Plan, organize, and execute fundraising events, markets, and promotional activities.
Coordinate logistics, including vendor communication, venue setup, and on-site coordination.

Partnership Development:
Identify and establish partnerships with local businesses, vendors, and sponsors for market events.
Collaborate with the Marketing team to create mutually beneficial promotional opportunities.

Community Engagement:
Engage with the local community to build awareness and support for the organization.
Foster positive relationships with key stakeholders, volunteers, and participants.

Marketing Support:
Assist in the development of marketing materials and collateral for market events.
Coordinate with the Marketing team to ensure consistent branding and messaging.

Data Management:
Maintain accurate records of market-related activities, including participant data and event metrics.
Generate reports to evaluate the success of market initiatives and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in event coordination, preferably in a nonprofit or community-focused setting.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for the mission and values of World Vision.

Salary : $35,000 - $40,000
