Supervisory Responsibilities:

Camera Operator
• Set-up and break down of cameras
• Operate cameras during games and events
• Troubleshoot technical issues
• Follow direction from producer and/or technical director
• Other duties as assigned
Director/Technical Director
• Operate Blackmagic switcher in control room
• Call for specific camera shots, replays, or playback and route to appropriate output channel
• Work with game producer to execute event script
• Knowledge of baseball is required
• Other duties as assigned
Replay Operator
• Operate NewTek 3Play system to record and play back
• Provide playback to director/technical director upon request
• Follow event script
• Troubleshoot technical issues
• Other duties as assigned
Show Control Operator
• Operate Daktronics Show Control as outlined on event script
• Provide static or motion graphics to director/technical director upon request
• Take direction from event producer and/or director to ensure execution of sponsor and traditional event elements
• Organize graphics for event
• Other duties as assigned
In-house DJ
• Generate all audio played in the ballpark using Sound Director and Spotify to keep fans engaged
• Have a good sense of current and popular music and knowledge of appropriate sound effects
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Manage volume levels for sound effects, microphones, and videos
• Other duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities:
• Ability to efficiently operate, troubleshoot, and repair AV equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving ability.
• Reliable, punctual and professional attitude.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of the game of baseball is preferred.
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication or Video Production; OR
• Experience necessary to prove ability to perform described duties required.
Physical Requirements:
• Prolonged periods sitting and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at a time.
• Ability to arrange sets and lighting to capture professional video.
