Overview

The Estimator works directly with prospective clients for the creation of a detailed bid package that meets their needs. Traveling to prospective job sites and client offices as needed as well as multi-task on numerous projects, duties and deadlines while always professionally representing our company.

Responsibilities

• Leading GC, CM, GMP and Design-Build bidding 
• Budgeting
• Procurement and buyout
• Plan review
• Value engineering exercises
• Client and trade partner relationship management

Qualifications

• Demonstrates and models Sachse Construction's core values
• 5  years light commercial and/or retail construction estimating experience
• Or 10 years of self-perform estimating for an interior drywall / carpentry company
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or Architecture, required
