Overview
The Estimator works directly with prospective clients for the creation of a detailed bid package that meets their needs. Traveling to prospective job sites and client offices as needed as well as multi-task on numerous projects, duties and deadlines while always professionally representing our company.

Responsibilities
- Leading GC, CM, GMP and Design-Build bidding
- Budgeting
- Procurement and buyout
- Plan review
- Value engineering exercises
- Client and trade partner relationship management
Qualifications
- Demonstrates and models Sachse Construction's core values
- 5 years light commercial and/or retail construction estimating experience
- Or 10 years of self-perform estimating for an interior drywall / carpentry company
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or Architecture, required
