Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Assistant Teacher to join our team. As an Assistant Teacher, you will work closely with the lead teacher to create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for our students. Your role will involve assisting with lesson planning, providing care for toddlers, and supporting curriculum development. Experience working with students with autism and a background in literacy education are highly desirable.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the lead teacher in implementing age-appropriate activities
- Provide care and support for children ensuring their safety and well-being
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters learning and growth
- Assist with classroom management, including behavior management and conflict resolution
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure open communication and involvement

Requirements:
- Experience working with children, preferably in a daycare or classroom setting
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children
