CNC Vertical or Horizontal Milling Operator
2nd Shift ($1 premium)
3rd Shift ($2 premium)
$18 to $25 per hour.
We are seeking a skilled CNC Vertical or Horizontal Milling Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating and maintaining CNC machines, specifically vertical or horizontal milling machines.
Responsibilities :
- Set up and operate CNC vertical or horizontal milling machines
- CNC Vertical Lathe experience
- Familiarity with DMG or Mori or Doosan Machines
- G&M Code familiarity
- Understanding of containment
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Maintain and troubleshoot CNC machines
- Perform routine maintenance on machines
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines
- Production oriented
Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in operating CNC vertical or horizontal milling machines
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings
- Knowledge of G & M code programming
- Ability to use precision measuring tools
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
