We have an excellent opportunity available for an individual that thrives on customer satisfaction and is able to work independently of supervision. This is a full-time opportunity (with company paid benefits) working in an office environment and at a VERY fast pace.
Our Invoicing Specialist is responsible for:
- Reviewing Paperwork
- Inputting billable items into Ariba, Coupa, Tungsten, Taulia, SSO, IPP, and other specialized vendor portals
- Process invoices
- Audit Invoices
- Interface with Billing Supervisor and AR supervisor
- Generate reports as needed
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience with web portals listed
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proficient PC skills including Microsoft Excel, MS Word and Excel; Preferred knowledge of third-party portals
- Possess initiative and is prepared to follow-up on problem areas with limited supervision
- Ability to work well with others and detail oriented
