The Material Handler/Receiver is responsible for handling and processing all types of material received into the warehouse. They are responsible for ensuring that materials are maintained in their proper location and are available for use when needed, while accurately processing paperwork to ensure inventory accuracy.

You will

• Receive incoming material and verify for accuracy
• Process and record daily PO receipts in ERP system
• Palletize, stack, place and arrange items in racking locations with consideration of storage factors such as size, type, quantity and stock number.
• Process material and inventory transfers
• Assist the teams with preparation for conducting physical inventory / cycle counts while conducting daily cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records
• Assist as needed in warehouse activities

You should have

• Previous experience in a warehouse environment
• Familiarity with ERP systems and PO processing
• Forklift Certified
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to handle a high volume of work
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, primarily Word and Excel
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work well within a team environment
