GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
The primary job functions are to develop software for real-time monitoring, and analytics of embedded systems using Microsoft Azure, as well as embedded system development in C. This position is in Russellville, AR.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*
- Write, modify, test, and debug new software in C#, C and other languages
- Modify existing software to correct errors or enhance to meet new requirements
- Implement automated testing
- Develop functional and technical documentation
- Participate on controls and software development team
- Stay current on market trends, new technologies, and software development best practices
- Perform other related duties as assigned

REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS
*
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or closely related field, minimum GPA 3.0
- 0-3 years work experience
- Experience coding in C#/.Net
- Strong computer programming skills
- Must be self-motivated and able to work unsupervised
- Good organizational skills
- Demonstrate strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Can focus on details while understanding the importance of timely updates
- Understands the balance between refactor now vs refactor later
- Must be able to interact professionally with people in culturally diverse situations
- Must have existing approval to work in the US and no sponsorship required now or in the future
OPTIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Experience with any of the following is a plus but not required
- Embedded system development including Microchip dev tools and RTOS
- Front-end development including Blazor, Signal R, and Telerik controls
- Back-end development including IoT hub, Stream Analytics, and Cosmos DB
- Azure DevOps and Jira
