This is a Territory Sales Manager Position for a Traffic Control Rental & Sales Company. We supply everything traffic control, we offer service to install lane closures along with all the equipment that will be for rent or for sale.
The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth for Safe Shield LLC. The Territory Sales Manager will play a critical role in developing sales strategies, motivating the sales team, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The overarching goal is to maximize sales performance, expand the customer base, and ensure the overall success of the sales department by collaborating with retailers and other key stakeholders to increase market share and achieve sales targets.

Starting wage is based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position being offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. Safe Shield LLC offers additional competitive and non-financial benefits. This will be a salary plus commission position.
This job is an inhouse position, some travel may be included on appointment.
