The Road Ahead: The primary purpose and primary responsibilities of this position are the following:   The Insurance Sales Agent answers in-bound calls from prospective customers interested in purchasing an insurance policy for their auto, rental, boat, RV, or other products. Since we are a multi-product insurance provider, the Insurance Sales Agent must have an ability to build rapport with the customer by asking questions to understand their needs and make product recommendations based on those needs. To be successful in this role, the Insurance Sales Agent should have strong relationship-building skills and an inherent motivation to provide exceptional customer service. An active insurance license is not necessary because we’ll provide paid training and continued coaching so you can launch your career in the insurance industry. This isn’t just a job… it’s the beginning of a career!   We provide 24/7 service for our customers who are seeking quick, easy, and affordable insurance. In addition to policy sales, our agents also provide customer service support and assist our existing customers with the management of their policy (e.g., billing, policy status, policy changes, coverage, and taking payments). We’re looking for positive, energetic, goal-focused customer service professionals who are motivated to go the extra mile, from the comfort of their home. That’s right, this role is 100% remote. Note: This is not an independent agent position.
