What are the responsibilities and job description for the Material Handler Lead position at Safety-Kleen?
The Opportunity:
Safety-Kleen is seeking a Lead Warehouse Worker to load and unload trucks, prepare waste shipments and keep the warehouse organized.
Responsibilities:
- Unload containerized waste from route trucks in the evening and reconcile waste.
- Reload route trucks with supplies and equipment for next day's runs.
- Stock warehouse with materials after Distribution Center truck arrival.
- Prepare waste loads for shipment to Recycle Center/Distribution Center.
- Assist with inventory count at warehouse; manage inventory order and receiving process.
Requirements:
- 2 years of work related experience required
- Ability to work on a PC
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Forklift driving skills preferred
- Pride in position - owns the warehouse and recognized the importance of this role
