Supports functions authorized by the Federal Aviation Administration for Monogram Systems. Provides quality assurance support to internal and external customers. Participates in continuous improvement activities in targeted areas. Helps execute the Quality Assurance strategy to ensure product flow consistent with established industry standards, government regulations and customer requirements. The primary function of this position is one of accuracy.

Qualifications:

1. FAA aeronautical knowledge and experience desired. 2. Understands problem solving methods, i.e. 8D and the associated statistical tools used to analyze problems 3. Basic knowledge of techniques for assuring product quality 4. Knowledge of tools such as Control Plans, Characteristic Matrix, Gage Capacity, Process Capability, Process Flow, Preventive Maintenance, etc 5. Knowledge of process auditing techniques to ensure compliance to defined quality requirements 6. Understanding of mechanical inspection concepts and tool sets with ability to inspect simple assemblies and components with support. 7. Ability to read drawings\blue prints 8. Basic knowledge of AS9100, ISO 9001, AS9102 4. Required: Current certification to issue return-to-service 8130 tags.
