In the role of Buyer- Planner , you plan and control outside processing activities to fulfill production requirements in a timely manner including generating PO's and interfacing with suppliers. You'll have the opportunity to generate and review production plans to identify risks and ensure a smooth, balenced flow of product while working with other departments to identify and resolve production planning issues. This position contributes to our vision by:

Manage PO's (OSP) and MO's (MACHINE SHOP) to align to demand requirements and supplier commitments

Follow up on supplier delivery issues (OSP) and escalate if necessary to corresponding department

Fix PO and MO issues in M3 for clean processing and optimizing inventory

Support MRB activity including processing reworks

Manage DO activity including Firm, Confirm, and release for shipment

Job Requirements

Safran Electrical & Power looks for service-oriented team players with strong interpersonal skills, the right attitude and adaptability to an innovative and evolving environment.

Bachelor degree or equivalent experience of 10 years

Expert knowledge of Mc, SAP, and ERP required

Required knowledge of the following:

o Capacity and Demand Analysis

o Material Requirements Planning

o Execution and Control of Operations
