Degree in HR management, business administration or comparable qualification.
Several years of relevant professional experience in HR, ideally in a comparable position.
Preferably experience in Swiss labor law
Command of English on C1 level
Knowledge of German on at least B2 level
Performance orientation and conscientiousness

Your tasks: HR controlling:

Development and implementation of HR controlling measures to monitor, analyze and optimize human resources.
Creation of meaningful HR reports and analyses to support management decisions.

Performance management:
Designing and implementing performance management programs to drive individual and collective employee performance.
Conducting regular performance reviews and feedback meetings.

Salary and bonus system:
Developing and maintaining salary structures and bonus systems to increase employee motivation and retention.
Participation in remuneration benchmarks and market analyses.

HR processes and standards:
Continuous review, adjustment and optimization of HR processes and standards in accordance with company objectives and legal requirements.
Ensuring adherence to compliance guidelines.

Administrative HR-tasks:
Responsibility for various administrative HR tasks, including documentation, contract management and correspondence.

International Orientation:
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies that address the company's international operations.
Collaborate with HR colleagues in different countries to promote a coherent global HR strategy.

Secondary tasks:
Collaboration in higher-level projects to support the further development of the business with HR Competence.
