Job Description:
We are looking for a Quality Control Lead to ensure our products meet high standards. You will manage a team, develop quality procedures, and perform inspections to make sure everything is up to par.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the quality control team.
- Create and follow quality control procedures.
- Inspect products to check for quality and compliance.
- Review quality data and reports to find and fix issues.
- Work with other teams to solve quality problems.
Qualifications:
- Experience in quality control or a similar field.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a PLUS.
- Knowledge of quality control methods.
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication abilities.
- Must know how to read a blueprint.
