Barista/Cashier

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving a variety of beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Responsibilities: - Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner - Take customer orders accurately and efficiently - Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks - Operate cash register and handle cash transactions with accuracy - Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the work area - Follow food safety guidelines when handling and preparing food items - Assist with food preparation as needed - Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints - Upsell additional products or menu items to customers - Maintain knowledge of current menu offerings, promotions, and special items Qualifications: - Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required - Strong knowledge of food safety practices - Ability to handle cash transactions accurately - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly manner - Basic math skills for retail transactions - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques is a plus - Ability to work well as part of a team Please note that all positions at our company are paid positions. Pay: $34,270.00 - $35,264.00 per year

Expected hours: 8 – 35 per week
