Job Description
As a Lead Development Representative, you will have the ability to work with a market leading product and sales team through both inbound and outbound business development techniques. This role is critical to building new business and sales opportunities to fuel our growth in our perpetual and subscription products. Working closely with the channel sales and marketing teams to determine approach, strategy and key selling points. Developing, qualifying and growing a pipeline that enables sales to exceed their quota quarter on quarter through email campaigns, events, LinkedIn, inbound contact, referrals, attending trade shows. This is a quota-based role, with clear objectives and targets to help grow the business. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, a self-learner, and ability to work in a social yet competitive atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify potential sales opportunities within the Construction and Real Estate marketplace

  • Present a value based selling approach to key contacts through emails and phone calls

  • Maintain sales organization and methodology for pipeline management

  • Enter data into CRM database


  • Requirements:
  • Excellent interpersonal, telephone, email, and influencing skills

  • Understanding of BANT (budget-authority-need-and-timeframe) qualification process

  • CRM experience or other sales lead automation platform preferable

  • Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred
