Hotel Sales Coordinator

We are currently hiring for a Multi-Hotel Sales Coordinator to work between our two Santa Fe, NM properties. Description:

• The Sales Coordinator will have assigned tasks to complete during the sales process, particularly after a signed contract is received. They will also handle other tasks and special projects requested by the Regional DOSM and Corporate DOSM. They will become knowledgeable on the Concept Hotels portfolio to ensure the success of the company’s cross network selling culture. A Sales Coordinator must maintain awareness of the factors that influence the hotel industry and gain a deep understanding of the needs and attitudes of a hotel’s customers. The person will be responsible working closely with other hotel staff to ensure customers are satisfied with the facilities and their time.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain up to date and accurate records of all sales contracts
• Handle any task or special projects assigned by the RDOSM or CDOSM
• Creation/Executions of all Sales Contracts
• Build and maintain strong, long- lasting relationships with client base
• Create and maintain sales report
• Exhibit a positive and involved team attitude to all hotels
• Will also work hand and hand with F&B Director and Social Kitchen
• Maximize profits through direct sales efforts
• Social media content creation
• Execute social media strategies
• Collateral creation
• Help develop the annual sales & marketing plan

Requirements:

• Professional Demeanor
• Some general knowledge of hotel sales and marketing experience is preferred but we are willing to train
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to efficiently work
• Team Player attitude(extremely essential)
