EXPERIENCED FULL-TIME DIRECTOR OF NURSING (RN) NEEDED!
We are seeking a Director of Nursing (RN) to join our patient care team at our Lafayette, LA location.
Sage Rehabilitation Hospital is one of Lafayettes premier rehab facilities, offering intensive and goal-directed programs to guide patients along an individualized treatment pathway designed to maximize functional independence.
Job Duties:
- Provide executive direction and oversight for nursing and other services
- Plan, organize and direct management and delivery of quality patient care
- Direct development and approve hospital-wide patient care programs, policies, and procedures
- Ensure that patients receive safe and effective high quality patient care services
- Recruit, interview and evaluate personnel
- Prepare budgets and promote relationships with medical and administrative staff
- Comply with state, federal and governing body regulations to achieve hospital goals
Requirements:
- Current Registered Nurse license in the State of Louisiana
- 1 year of Rehab/LTAC experience required
- 3-5 years hospital/healthcare senior management or similar progressive organizational advancement
