Join our clients dynamic organization as a Business Systems Specialist, a pivotal role dedicated to the management and optimization of our primary ERP system, NetSuite, as well as overseeing eCommerce and warehouse platforms. This position demands a solid grasp of business concepts and advanced technical analytics skills, empowering you to translate complex business requirements into efficient software solutions. Key Responsibilities

• NetSuite Expertise: Manage and optimize our NetSuite ERP system, ensuring it meets our business needs through system configuration, customization, and maintenance.
• eCommerce and Warehouse Platforms: Oversee the integration and management of eCommerce and warehouse platforms, aligning them with our ERP system for seamless operations.
• Business Analysis: Analyze complex business requirements, translating them into effective software solutions within NetSuite, eCommerce, and warehouse platforms.
• Technical Leadership: Utilize in-depth technical knowledge for the development, integration, and deployment of new business solutions across various systems.
• Project Management: Lead projects focused on system improvements, integrations, and upgrades, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Data Analytics: Apply analytical skills to provide insights and recommendations for business process improvement and system efficiency.
• Training and Support: Provide training and support to users, enhancing their understanding of NetSuite, eCommerce, and warehouse systems.
• Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Collaborate with different departments to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Research and Innovation: Stay updated on the latest trends in ERP, eCommerce, and warehouse management systems, advocating for the adoption of new technologies where beneficial.
• All other duties as assigned

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Extensive experience with NetSuite as a backend ERP and familiarity with eCommerce and warehouse management platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong grasp of business concepts with the ability to apply this in a software context.
• Advanced technical and analytical skills within the software domain.
• Proven project management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Certifications in NetSuite, eCommerce, or warehouse management systems.
• Experience in programming and software development methodologies.
• Effective when working independently and in team environments
• Receptive to feedback

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
