Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the spa to ensure smooth functioning
- Efficiently schedule both guests and team members to optimize productivity
- Lead recruitment, hiring, onboarding, training, and performance reviews for staff
- Optimize inventory levels for professional and retail use
- Utilize POS software systems (e.g., Zenoti, Millennium, Meevo) to analyze performance
- Spearhead neighborhood marketing and community outreach efforts
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships
- Ensure each guest receives a consistent and outstanding experience
- Understand the importance of service and personal satisfaction in hospitality
- Extensive experience in administrative roles requiring analysis, initiative, and discretion
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Outgoing personality with solid team-building abilities
- Proficiency in guest relations and management
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines independently
- Strong relationship management skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- An associate's degree is preferred; equivalent experience is accepted
- Previous experience in spa, hotel hospitality, or salon management preferred
- Licensing as a Massage Therapist, Cosmetologist, or Esthetician is preferred
