Dental Receptionist Associate responsibilities and duties
The Dental Receptionist Associate creates the first positive impression for all of our patients. This is a key position on our team! The Dental Receptionist Associate will:
- Create, establish and manage internal office protocols and procedures to ensure office efficiency
- Greet and serve all patients as they arrive (or direct other staff to do same)
- Motivate office personnel to serve patients
- Oversee the processing of insurance and secondary insurance claims
- Assist patients with applying for credit and other financial assistance
- Provide the Dentist with administrative and practical support when asked
Dental Receptionist qualifications and skills
- Strong passion for helping others
- The ability to remain cheerful and upbeat despite stressful scenarios
- Customer service experience in any industry
- Administrative experience preferred
- Being a dependable, team player with strong work ethic is a must
- Seeking a growth minded, empathetic person ready to serve the community
- High school or equivalent
*Dental Experience is preferred but not required.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
