Client Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Client Services Specialist. As a Client Services Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients in the financial services industry. This is a dynamic role that requires strong communication and analytical skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects and client accounts.

Responsibilities:

-Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide timely and accurate solutions

-Analyze client data and provide insights and recommendations to improve their business performance

- Manage client accounts, including onboarding new clients, maintaining client records, and resolving any issues or concerns

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of client projects

- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track client interactions and maintain accurate records- Stay up to date with industry trends and market developments to better serve our clients

Requirements:

Previous experience in account management, project management, or customer service is preferred.

- Familiarity with SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) platforms is a plus
- Knowledge of the financial services industry is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong analytical abilities with attention to detail
- Proficient in using Salesforce or other CRM software
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
