SageView Advisory is seeing an Administrative Assistant who will perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. This position will support various functions and individuals within our organization. The primary responsibilities of this role includes serving as the front desk receptionist, greeting clients, answering phones, various administrative tasks, scheduling and preparing for client meetings, and project-based assignments.

Essential Functions:
· Answer main office phone and transfer calls
· Provide administrative support to the SageView team
· Assist clients with online access
· Organize and manage reception area and meeting rooms
· Assist with in-person office meetings
o Coordinate schedules
o Assist with booking of travel arrangements as needed
o Prepare conference room for meetings
o Assist guests to a conference room upon arrival and offer beverages
· Use Microsoft Office to draft of documents and reports
· Handle one-off mailing projects (e.g., lost participant, AMA disclosures, ADV mailing, wealth team mailings, etc.) as needed
· Fax management
· Order, accept and put away office supplies
· Other administrative functions as needed

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education:
· Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
Experience:
· 1 year of clerical or administrative experience preferred
· 1 year customer service experience
Computer Skills:
· Proficient with Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Other Physical Requirements:
High frequency of computer keyboarding, high frequency of viewing a computer monitor.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Work is performed in an office setting, during day shifts. Work is often preformed under strict deadlines. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet.
Schedule: 8-hour shifts Monday-Friday
**The Salary range is between $20 to $21 depending on experience**
