What are the responsibilities and job description for the Charge Nurse AL/Memory Care position at Sagewood?
The Charge Nurse LPN is responsible for the overall nursing care/service, including the accurate and timely administration of medications, treatments, documentation and emergency calls, as indicated.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Current LPN license in Arizona.
Must hold a valid CPR certification and be trained in AED procedures.
6 months nursing experience in Assisted Living required.
Must be proficient with computer, MS-Word, Outlook, Excel, and other office equipment.
